How to Find Us

By TTC

Dundas Station on Line 1 is a two-minute walk. The 505 Dundas streetcar stops directly outside. Yonge-Dundas Square is one block west.

Finding the Entrance

55 Dundas St E. Once inside, take the stairs down and the clinic is on the right. There is elevator access if you need it.

What to Bring

Your OHIP card if you have one, a list of any medications you take, and the name of your pharmacy if you already have one. Nothing else is required.
