Appointments with our physicians are booked in advance, not on a walk-in basis. Call our clinic and our team will help you find a time that works.
Suboxone treatment starts with a scheduled visit with one of our physicians. We book these appointments in advance so the doctor has time to go through your history properly and answer your questions without rushing.
Our phone lines are answered from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. You can call anytime in that window to ask questions or book a visit. We are located at 55 Dundas St E, Toronto.
When you call 647-748-1337, a member of our team will ask a few basic questions to understand what you need and find a suitable appointment time. This is a normal part of booking a medical appointment, and everything you share is kept confidential.
If you are not ready to book yet and just want to understand the process first, that is completely fine. You can also email info@addictionclinictoronto.ca with your questions, and someone will get back to you.
Having a few things ready before your appointment helps the visit go smoothly and gives the doctor a clearer picture of your health.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you call. If you are missing information, our team can talk you through what is needed and how to get it.
Appointments with our physicians are covered by OHIP, so if you have a valid Ontario health card, there is no charge to see the doctor. If you do not currently have a health card, let our team know when you call and they can explain your options.
Medication costs are separate from the physician visit and depend on your drug coverage. Your prescription can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice, where their staff can explain what your plan covers.
It is common to feel unsure or anxious before making this call. You do not need to have the right words, and you will not be judged for anything you share. Our team's job is simply to help you get an appointment booked, at whatever pace feels manageable for you.
If you are in crisis or need to talk to someone right now, please contact ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600, available 24/7, or call 911 in an emergency.
